All products sold by Workuzone are digital downloads—no physical items will be shipped.

Once your payment is successfully processed, you will:

• Instantly receive a download link on the order confirmation page

• Receive a confirmation email with the download link and purchase details

2. File Format & Access

• Files may be delivered in PDF, Excel, ZIP, or Canva template format, depending on the product.

• Ensure you have the necessary software (e.g., Excel, PDF reader, Canva account) to open and use the files.

3. Trouble Accessing Downloads?

If you do not receive your download within 10–15 minutes, or if:

• You entered an incorrect email address during checkout

• You cannot access the file or link

• You experience any technical issues
